Terms & Conditions — Wayak UAE

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to availability. A booking confirmation will be sent once payment is received.

2. Cancellations by You

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations by Wayak UAE

In the unlikely event that Wayak UAE must cancel a trip or activity, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date. We are not liable for additional expenses you may incur, such as flights or visas.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. Wayak UAE is not responsible for costs arising from uninsured events.

5. Health & Fitness

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the itinerary. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility needs at the time of booking.

6. Changes to Itineraries

While we make every effort to operate trips as described, local conditions, weather, or other factors may require itinerary adjustments. Wayak UAE reserves the right to make such changes when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

7. Liability

Wayak UAE acts as an intermediary between travelers and local service providers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of these providers, nor for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
